City of London

With the uncertainty that was surrounding the world in 2019 I was approached by the City of London to create a website that would help promote the city and the UK as a thriving place to do business especially the Financial services industry. As part of this project we had to develop a look and feel for this new initiative.

It needed it’s own name, logo, typography and colour palette. I worked closely with the team at City of London running discovery workshops to develop the look and feel for the website.

A showcase worthy website
While the website was externally facing and was created primarily for the Financial Service sector it also had additional audiences. The site also needed to be used internally as a Hub where people could publish articles, reports and insights that would be easily accessible for staff (especially researchers) who would need to details for future projects.

It was imperative that the site be easy to navigate and that the resources content could be filtered to help speedup content specific searches.

I also helped the client create an image library for the brand. These images were not only used on the website but onwider communications across print and social media.
